I have a Varicose Vein on the back of my left calf, and it slowly gotten worse. Will doing cardio on a stationary bike or doing squats worsen this? Thanks.
What you need is to avoid impacts and too much stress on your legs. Slow stationary bike can actually help you since you activate the blood circulation.
I don't know how bad it is, but I wouldn't recommend doing very heavy squats.
If it hurts, put some cold on your legs.
