Hi, my name is Charmaine and I am busy studing nursing at University (first year) and my problem is that for the past six months I have been studying and not going to the gym and have piled on the weight. I have now started going to the gym again and want to start eating healthy, just wondering if anyone has ideas on vegetarian meal plans, so I have all the right food in the house and I can get myself organised. Lots of tofu and veggies. Mix it all together and fried it (without oil) on the pan. Yummy. Eat some good cereals and beans with this meal to get all the necessairy amino acids (proteins).
