ok, i have 2 questions.
first of all, do you think it's possible to get big without eating meat/fish? I still eat eggs and dairy, just not meat.
and secondly, i know you should only do resistance training for the abs 3 times a week. But what about normal crunches/leg raises? Can you still do them everyday or what?

You got some big bodybuilders out there who are vegetariens so yes that's possible.
Work your abs hard 2-3 times a week, not necessairy to do it more often since you are using your abs hard already when lifting heavy. Good luck!

Soy is a high quality protein, also.
Look in the food message section for my posting Protein Primer, soy is included, as are eggs and dairy.
