Most people i'v seen that exercise have veins that protrude from their forearms or the one that protrudes from your biceps.....i'm not one of these people, I have muscle with defintion, but no veins are showing even when I workout, normally the vein in your bicep would appear...I have defintion in my biceps but the vein is not showing.....Is this normal?

Yes Rockjock22..I know of the vein you mean. LOL...I too had this concern for years, seems like no matter how hard I worked out, never had that vein showing. I was as you say with muscle definition. But I really wasn't as defined as I thought, because not until I dieted for my first contest did that vein show up. Now it is always there no matter what. My experience anyway. One more thing, how is your B vitamin intake? There are some products out there too that can help with that if interested. Hot stuff vasolidator comes to mind.

I don't know Rock if it is normal to NOT have veins portruding from the forearm and bicep, what I'm wondering is if it is normal for a WOMAN to have veins portruding from the forearm and biceps. They only portrude when I am lifting weights but because I am fair skinned I also have a nice blue-lined road map down my arms and chest. Ah well I don't plan on wearing a bikini any time soon. :0) :)

Yes it is normal for a women's veins to protrude. This comes with the loss of body fat. This is an indication that fat loss is occurring, how well hydrated you are and of course the pump you get when working out or doing manual labor.
Hope this helps and puts your mind at ease.

Oh yes, mine comes and goes with the diet......
You can also get it by working high reps but it'll always be a question about bodyfat....

Like myways2, you can see all my veins blue under my skin, even though my body fat is still not very low. I have noticed, however, that the vein running up my bicep is sticking out now when I lift. A step in the right direction I'm guessing.

veins is normal - especially when working out as your body needs to send more oxygen to those muscles - hence why the stick out more when you work out because more blood is being pumped through them.. Also, as said - body fat - the more u lose - the thiner the fat between your skin and veins is - so they become more noticable.
