there are a lot of posts covering this topic, but a lot of it depends on if your achilles tendon is fully recovered?? If it is, do a program that involves heavy squats, step ups, olympic lifts, and plyometrics. The key is for your muscles to be very strong and very fast, and to have a strong trunk.
