Here's an interesting story regarding muscle enhancements slated for the near future :

I can't believe a mother would carry a baby around for 9 months and then do something like that. I would never turn my child into a science experiment.

the child was missing the protein gene that helps limits muscle growth

This story has been around(as well as the research) for quite some time. This is what companies like Pinnacle tried to base their "juiced protein" and "juiced creatine" on, inhibiting the myostatin gene.

This research is the real Mccoy. But it cost millions to do and tons and tons of hours on end. If this is ever going to come to anything, it will be through Pharmeceutical companies(big dollars involved). So, putting a fly by night supplement company under the microscope, do you really think they have the means and technology to do this by sprinkling a little powder in their protein? Just a good example of how supplement companies rip folks off, take some sound science, put a big spin on it for their product(leaving out conveniently much of the facts) and selling it to the unsuspecting. Just a word of warning to anyone buying supplements. Beware Pinnacle for sure, these guys have been ripping people off for years!

Sorry, just led me to rant on a subject close to my heart.
