is there really some form of secret that is that obvious or what? i don't feel like forking out the money because im skeptical of it. whats your opinion this guy know what hes talking about?
I googled the guy and I see that he claims you can get 11lbs of "mass" in 7 weeks. Mark Rippetoe is known to do this with his trainees. It's documented. The key, or "secret," to this is huge calorie consumption and intense full body workouts.
I'd like to see DelMonte's program. My guess is it's a carbon copy of Rippetoe's or John Berardi's "Scrawny to Brawny."
