I have never really dieted before until just recently I couldn't fit into a pair of my favortie jeans. I've noticed I was gaining weight but not a big deal. But now that I cannot fit into some of my clothes is worrying me. I have no idea where to start. Please Help!!

Take a look at what and how much you have been eating and the amount of "excersize" activity you have been getting lately. I think that would be the best place to start, then check out the message boards for some great ideas/advise! It may be as simple as eating more. . . i.e. 6 small meals a day. <BTW diet is a bad word here :) it's a healthy lifestyle!>

The very first way to succeed in loosing weight is to get as much knowledge as possible about what you are eating, the amount of calories, proteins etc
You need to start reading the nutrition facts and you got sooo many great articles about exercise and fat loss (just look in here!).
