So is vitamin c all it is cracked up to be in helping the cardiovascular system or what. I have heard you should take 1000 mg, 2000 mg and none at all. I was just wandering what you all know about it. Thanks
There are different camps on this topic. I think the main consensus is it is important. I take 3 gr. per day myself. And the combo of Vit. C and Zinc has knocked out more colds for me than I can count. It is a potent antioxidant and immune system boost for just health. I am never without it.

VITAMIN C AND E COMBINED along with a multi vitamin crushed up have killed colds for me and also taken away poisen ivy completley for me three times(and im so allergic i get for 2 months at a time), the stuff works in so many ways its insane.I take 2 to three grams daily(three times daily since its excreted so quickly).
