Is vitamin good or bad for you?....I know it preventents ageing and cancers,and other things but does it prevent muscle growth and strength?

Vitain E is absolutely essential!!!! It is an antioxidant to prevent cell membrane damage. Every cell in your body has a cell membrane. When you work out, you actually damage your muscle to promote growth. Vitamin E simply helps 'heal' some of the damage you've done. So, yes, its good for you; and no, it won't prevent muscle growth - it actually indirectly promotes growth.

as far as i know it doesn't. it repairs damaged tissues, scars, etc. so i'm sure it would help muscles if anything
