My main goals are to lose weight (especially in the stomach area) and to build muscle. I was wondering are there any vitamins that i should be or even could be taking. Thanks

A good multi-vitamin never hurts and is something that everyone should consider taking.

yes! i agree with ageis a good multivitamin! you can pretty much get one from your local nutrition store and they arent that pricey, so get a bottle and you are good to go!

If you plan on doing resistance training add vitamin c to the multi vitamin.

Vitamin C, B-Complex and Vit. E (d-alpha), and a multi mineral are staples you should have.
