hey. i have a really messed up knee and i need to strengthen it. i was seeing if there are any special vitamins and supplements i should take. i have minimal torn meniscus and sprained ligaments on the inside and outside sides of my right knee (football injury). so if you know of anything to heal or reproduce muscle or anything i'd appreciate it. thanks.
Glucosamine, chondroitin, and vitamins A and C are usually good for repairing joints and bones. Drink milk...it really does a body good. Also, get plenty of rest. There are no "wonder drugs" out there that will heal your injury quickly...knee injuries take a long time to heal.
