Diet: Track your die for a few days or a week and determine how many calories you need to maintain your weight, to lose weight cut about 100-200 from your diet for a week, if no change cut another 100-200. You can track diet here or on www.fitday.com. Also change your diet...get more whole healthy foods and eat 5-6 times a day to rev up your metabolism.
Cardio: 30-45 minutes at a time 3-4 days a week
Weight Training: Don't be afraid of weights...as you build muscle it will speed up your metabolism. Get you a Excercise program from here.
