What do you think is better for me to do to burn fat while doing my weight training:
On my cardio days (no weight training is done on these days) I should walk for an hour at 3mph, swim for an hour, or cycle at 140bpm for 1 hour.

All of the above.....:big_smile: Mix it up. Do one one time, a different one the next, etc. Keeps the body guessing.
