I've been walking 5 miles everyday for the past week!I'm going to florida the first week in august..i would really like to put on a bathing suit!When it comes to dieting im not smart at all..i've been eating tuna and broccoli for the past week...is this doing any good or am i wasting my time?My main thing is im trying to lose weight in my legs!

It's going great, buy you need to keep going to a month, and then three months, and then a year, and keep going. I have a friend who calls it the "law of the farm." You can plant seeds today and expect to pic the produce in a couple of weeks. You have to work and wait. The harder (and smarer) you work, the better the produce, but you still have to wait 'til it's ripe. Just call me Mr. Green Jeans. :surprised:

Walking alone is not going to get you into that bathing suit, you need to incorporate a clean, healthy diet along with weight training and mixing up your cardio with other than just walking to get what you want. Tuna and broccoli alone are not going to cut it.
Try checking out some of the low-fat diets in the "Diet Forum" and the "Free" Weight losss program on here, it works. I've done it and many others have as well with much success.
