I have been working out since August of 2006, I have seen some results but not enough. I am 5'7", female, 33 years old, and weigh 200 pounds. I am aiming to be 150 pounds. I would love it if some one could help me design a workout routine that will let me lose fat, gain lean muscle, and see results in a way that I lose inches and pounds. Please, I would love assistance, I cannot afford a private trainer, especially after paying for the gym membership. Thank you!!

there is a weight loss plan for working out, but thats why this site is called FREEtrainers.com just fill out the info and select the weight loss program and it gives you i think a 8 or 12 week workout program a week at a time
