Try taking boxing lessons. Ever wonder why boxers have the best looking abs on TV? During boxing you train to keep the abs tight during you're intire woorkouts.-this is a key factor. Also another very good reason that tae bo is so effective for weight loss and toning.

The reason why they have great abs is because boxing is a very intensive cardiovascular workout that burns a ton of calories...additionally they eat clean diets and train their abs very hard...they do a ton of weight training as well as ab specific exercises....clenching and holding your abs does very little...they can do so because of the above...and please never use the word 'toning' again...tks..

I should start a crusade to end the usage of the word 'tone' in reference to weight lifting and getting in shape...

Can I be your first general?

Also, boxers compete in a sport with WEIGHT CLASSES. Ever seen a collegiate or competitive high school wrestler at their competition weight? Yea, then tell me boxers are the most defined.

Ever seen a gymnast...that's pure lean mass and usually solid as a rock.

ay. And gymnasts have notoriously poor diets.
