Hey I'm 15 years old and weigh 125 pounds. I bench 160 right now but would like to get it to 200+. I dont really work out now but I'd like to start. All I have to really work with is a bench press (can do incline), Dumbells, curl bar, leg extentions. I'd appreciate any help to increase my bench, thanks.
