Hey ya all! I am new to freetrainers.com! I am ready to loose this extra baby weight and get HOT for my 10yr class reunion! *I know, what a sad excuse to want to loose weight!!!
I think my main concern is motivation. With a 4yr old runnin around, and work and just overall being busy busy, how do you stay motivated to work out and eat healthy? I need a work out buddy or someone to push me and stay on top of it with me!
Anyone interested?!
