The best way to gain muscle is to have a set work out you do consistinatly (adding weight as you need to) that targets the muscle you want to improve upon. You also have to be eating the rightbalance of food meats and veggtable are great, but don't over do the carbs. And proteien supplements never hurt if you use them correctly.
