Yeah call me weird, but I feel as if I am too skinny! I go to the gym and lift weights but honestly, I don't know what the hell i am doing. I'd like to gain weight but not look scary buff in the end. I'd love to hear any special thigh and glute excercises you would recommend?

Hey sorenson, welcome to FT!:big_smile: Gaining weight has probably been discussed thousands of times on here, so if you go to the bottom of the pageto the Fitbuddy search and type in gaining weight or gaining mass you will get loads of information. and then if you have a specific question we can answer it for you. As for thigh and glute exercises check out the programs FT has to offer. Good Luck!:dumbbell:

Welcome Sorenson! I would suggest signing up for an FT program to get you on a normal schedule (training-wise). Then, peruse the nutrition section to help you in gaining some weight. It's really very simple: consume more calories than you burn in a day. However, in order to minimize "fat" gain, you'll need to incorporate a more balanced diet.
