I am new to this website, but i am glad I joined! need to motivation ad streucture and surely advice from like minded people in order to help me acheive my goals!!!!! I want to lose weight currently 5'1 and 140lbs. I want to gain muscle too. Today 7/29/13 I went on the treadmll today for 40 minutes and then shadow boxed for another 4 minutes. I used to do martial arts (for 7 yrs so I am used to this type of workout) but now I am working out at the gym. Any advic and tips wpuld be amazing!!!! I als dont know how to eat and properly i order t help with my getting into shape.
