hi i'm new here and i know a six pack takes about 3 to 4 with a good diet and such. I'm going to try cutting down on the cookies and all other sweets. I only do like 50 sit ups each night. I was wondering do i have to do other excercises or do you think sit ups alone will do it? i just started but i am wondering if i should change my excercise plan. Also i do about 100 jumpingjacks each night for cardio even though it's not much. Any tips where i can improve with home excercises for abs or will i be able to reach my goal of getting one in 4 months.

i mean aerobics not cardio haha

Diet is more important than 50 sit ups to create and expose abs. zYour abs can be created, but if they are covered with fat you will never see them. You might want to try 2 sets of 12 crunches, declined, and also weighted crunches. The real emphasis should be put on your diet.
