sup ppl. i work out about 3-4 days a week and do cardio about 3-4 days a week
i want to loose some weight but also make some muscle mass. i was looking at ripped fuel to get. what do you ppl suggest to get. but the only place to get stuff around here is at gnc but they carry alot around here for cheap. just lookin for suggestions
