Hi everyone! I printed out a workout plan, now I just need to get into the gym and make it happen. I have a stressful job, and I do shiftwork, so finding a consistant time to workout is a challenge for me. I am hoping to find some motivation here, and maybe a support system of people that face the same challenges! Have a great day everyone!

You'll find lots of motivation here....now get to the gym and workout:big_smile: I know life can get in the way of a healthy lifestyle (I've got a full time job, 2 kids, husband, house to maintain and tons of other commitments), but you just have to be flexible and work it in. Try committing yourself to 2X/week to start and no matter what... get to the gym (or work out at home, or go for a run, or whatever) If you can do more...great, if not, at least you've met your goal for the week.

Welcome!
You need to REALLY WANT this for yourself..and that is the key...this is something you are going to do for YOURSELF..and it has to be a priority..I have 5 kids and I make my exercise a priority because its to benefit me and my family in the long term
Its also not a quick fix,its a longterm lifestyle plan
