Hi i am Fred,
I have just joined a fitness club and i am looking for some info on warm up, I have tight hamstrings and need to loosen them, any info appreciated.

Treadmill or eliptical machine, not more than 10 minutes. Start off at slow pace then speed up to fast walk.
