Ok .. I drink alot of Juices .. I mean the frozen juices that you add 3 cans of water to prepare .. Could I count this in my intake of water daily? Because I do drink atleast almost one container of juice a day .. roughly 1.5 litres. Or should I just bite the bullet and drink straight water? P.S. I really don't like water

No that will not count at water. Sorry, the only thing that counts for water is water. I don't understand how people can't drink water. It has no taste. I think it is very refreshing.

Ditto on the sugar. Those frozen ones are convenient but loaded with sugar. Here's what I do, When I want more than water, I take that frozen juice with the 3 cans of water, (I use 4 cans) or any juice, take an 8oz glass put a tablespoon or 2 of any juice you like, and enjoy it. I have an Asian friend and he can't believe how us north americans drink juice at full stregnth. They think our juice is like syrup. So, when I tried it I was surprised it still tasted great but much lighter in colour and less sugar. BUT....water is water, and it's the best.

I'll try .. and i know what you mean about water having no taste but then thats the reason I don't like it .. I have this thing about tasting what I am eating and or drinking. I'll try the idea of adding water to the juice .. I already usually put more water then is called for in it, but it could probably use more watering down. I;'ll try it.

Although yes, juice is primarily water, it is very high in additional calories. We often DRINK our hidden unnoticed calories...espesially in the summer. Try adding lemon or lime to your water...it works to add some flavour but no calories. I used to be a major juice drinker myself...but then again I used to weigh over 230lbs. :)

I am getting serious on this weight loss and muscle gain .. or should I say fat loss and muscle gain .. Before I went 6 months before i went to college again I weighed 160 lbs was at an ideal weight for my height of 5'10" .. now Almost done my foirst year of college i weight 200 lbs again .. I don't look too bad, but could afford to lose some 20 lbs of fat. So I'll definetly ty these ideas. Thanks for all of them :-)
