Water INTAKE????

So I know water is good for you but how much is too much and how much should I be drinking on a regular basis???? Currently I am drinking 2 liters a day is this enough?

2 liters a day is pretty good, but try to shoot for at least one more depending on activity level and environment. And it is very hard to drink to much water. Very hard.

There is no such thing as too much water. Remember that our bodies are mostly made up of water...
