Hey guys! I had a fitness evaluation the other day, and the guy from the gym told me to increase protein, and water intake. I go to the gym 6 days a week, weight training and cardio. Do you think that 3 liters of water a day is a reasonable intake? It's so hard to drink even that much!! I am constantly having to pee like a race horse!!! Also, I am trying to lose weight, is it okay to eat chicken? The guy from the gym said that chicken is fatty? I don't know if I believe that, however, I teach English in Korea, so there is always the possibility that he misunderstood?!

You can never get too much water. Three liters per day sounds very reasonable, but by all means, don't set that as a ceiling. If you can get more, do so.
And as ravenwolf mentioned, chicken is a super source of protein and is very low in fat, particularly skinless breasts.
