I'm just starting my 2nd week too (of ft) and a woman at my gym actually told me during our pilates class that she could tell I'd lost weight and looked great! (Of course, that always makes you wonder what you looked like BEFORE to this total stranger ;0) )

One thing though, I've never had any soreness until yesterday. I've learned in pilates/yoga that if you do plenty of stretching before AND after, and right before you go to bed if you had a particularly hard workout, it almost eliminates soreness completely. One day without adequate stretching after lifting and I was painfully reminded why stretching is so important. It feels good to feel sore and know you worked hard - but it feels better to be able to give your workout 100% every day because you aren't sore. :-)
