I discovered this site and this is my first week. I have been training for a few years after a car accident. About a year and 1/2 ago I got really serious ( after a cancer discovery)and I have since gained about 25 pounds with weights.
My main goal is to take care of myself and be healthy and strong. I had neg;lected myself- doing too much and not taking time for ME- now I am hooked to the gym.
I am trying the progressive gain program. I have put on mass but I do not feel the need to gin 20 pounds in a month anymore. I also want to trim the fat for definition.
Ii get very excied when I see my muscles buldge so I'm after more or that-especially onthe arms.
I am VERY Vatta- long thin everything- and a little shape is nice.
I am always looking for new information and advice- what works, forms, techniques, etc.
