Now i do a 10min cardio workout befor every workout.I leave it in till the weekend to doing a good 2 hour cardio workout in the form of a football game. Is there a set cardio programee i should be following in the case of bodybuilding?

Depends on your goals.....
HIIT is good, can be used with any type of cardio
try it one or two times a week
do what ever you enjoy doing, maybe mix it up, so it doesnt get boring to do.
I do bike, treadmill, stepper, cross trainer etc.etc.

Yeah, good advice. Only problem is my gym is whats know as a iron gym. this is where the gym has only weights and weight machines, no CV machines.

i got the opposite problem, plenty of CV machines not that many weights
they are getting some new stuff in soon, so hoping to get a bit more weights
Running outside, you can still apply HIIT to it

I have been told seperating your cardio from your lifting will yeild the best results. So either do it with 8 hours inbetween or on completely seperate days.

Problem is where i train there isnt that much space so what we can have there is limited, But there is an running track across the street so we all do are 10min jog there befor a workout.
