Summers in the air and everyone's making the mad dash to the gym to get in shape for pool parties and days at the beach. So lately at work i've been getting a barrage of questions on gettin fit. So I asked my boss if i could post a weekly bulletin of information on eating healthy and exercise and she was more than happy to oblige. So I was wondering if anybody has some ideas for me on how to start it off. I've got a rough outline on how i want to go about it. I want to emphisize diet and nutrition as we all know that is really the key in seeing results. I'm going to post up the grocery list given by Ron(if thats ok?) I was going to categorize information on carbs, since it seems everyone thinks they are evil. Then i was going to go into into more smaller meals to jump start their metabilism and that eating less is not more efficient. Most of them are not into the bodybuiling aspect but rather just wanting to eat healthier and loose a few pounds. So I'm trying to think about approaching it in that manner. Any thoughts or opinions would be much appreciated. Thanks:)

Thanks for the wondeful compliments charlie and veda, i appreciate your kind words. I just hope that some will actually head my advice and give it time to work. Either way it'll be fun making a weekly news letter. I'm going to take a few fellow employees next week to the gym to show them some good form and how to do the exercises properly.

Justin, I think that's a great idea... maybe it'll make people have a more permanent change in their lifestyle instead of at New Years and late spring!

Tim that is my goal, thats why I'm going to try and gear my news letters to be more than just how to look good at the beach but also the long term health benefits.

What kind of benefits are you offering charlie, I need a good dental plan, haven't been there in a while:)
