hey folks, wondering if you could give me your opinions on the scheduling of my workouts. My program now consists of: mon-back, shoulders; tues-bi's, tri's; wed-cardio, thurs-chest, legs; fri-bi's, tri's; sat-cardio. i wish to keep the workouts structured as they are (for example, keep bi's and tri's on the same day), just want opinions on which day of the week u would do each workout and why. thanks

I might would seperate chest and legs or seperate back and shoulders and not worry as much about arms. But that's just a suggestion.

actually guys, i was wondering the same things...this website is where i got this workout from, so figured that it should be specified for my particular goals...i usually did chest and bi's, then legs, then back and tri's, and then shoulder's, traps and calves, and did cardio on the days in between that i did not feel like lifting. i lift four times a week and am trying to shed fat, so maybe you guys can give your schedule and goals to see what works for others. thanks

I do a routine like this: Mon- Chest,shoulders, triceps, Abs Wed- Back,Biceps, forearms, abs Fri - Legs
Cardio on same days plus saturday am.
