Weekly weight Training

Guys,

I am trying to figure out what body part should i work togather weekly. Such as Biceps and Chest togather.. and what weights shall i start at ?

what are your goals? I would focus at least initially on focusing on big exercises instead of trying to split up your trainin by bodyparts....

Squats
Deadlifts
Pull Ups/Chin Ups
Incline/ Bench Press
Dips
Shrugs
Rows
Military Presses

I would start doing 1-3 sets of 10-12 reps with weight that is the most or close to the most you can do at those reps...

I am trying to llose about 5 kilos ( 12 pounds) Bt I wanna cut up and want my arm sizes to be bigger. I am trying to create work out plan. is there a website u can direct me to where i could find work out sheet which i could take to the gym.. thanks!

That's one of the easiest questions I've ever answered. :) Look at the top of the page and you'll see Fitness Plan. Click on that and decide which workout you want to do and you're good to go.
