When i fill out the plan and i do the amount or reps im am not sure what they mean by weight for crunches. you dont use weight for crunches. and if you put in 0 for the weight it does not update my plan.... does anybody know what i am doing wrong
Another thing to touch for you is, simply doing crunches alone will only burn calories, adding the weight will build muscle. Which in time can develop a six-pack if your determined enough.
