I have selected the home workout program. How do I enter the weight lifted values on my workout report for excercises such as push-ups, where no additional weight is used? Should I find a way to calculate what % of my body weight im actually lifting? With push ups that may be easy(use a scale), but what about other excercises?

just put in the # of reps. Its only to keep track. Same crunches etc.
