Hello,
I'm 23yrs 106lbs and 5'6" in.
I'm trying to gain weight, any suggestions besides to eat more. I just started taking whey protein. Please help.

You have to consume more calories than you burn. Given your stats you either don't eat very much or, most probably, you have a high metabolism. 3500 calories=1lb In other words, eat 3500 more calories than you burn and you will gain 1 lb. Focus on calorie dense foods. Search fit buddy for weight gainer drinks you can make with your whey protein. Up your calories, eat right, sign up for a mass program here at ft. Above all work hard and be patient-you'll gain.

As I have mentioned in many of my posts, whey protein is only good post-workout because it is absorbed by the body too quickly. As Agamble stated, the simplicity is to consume more calories than you burn in a day. This means eating 4-6 (or more) meals per day, with a fair amount of blended protein with each meal.
