okay here is my problem, i have been walking/jogging for the past month. i started out at 108 and have gained slowly to 115, but it seems to all be going to my stomach and butt, what is the deal. i have tried to eat right and have been eating alot of protein- about 35g a day- and nuts. i walk for about 35 min everyday, is this too much or too much protein or what?

You should be doing resistance training to develop lean tissue (muscle)otherwise just increasing calories from no matter what nutrient will end up as fat. Consider adding weights into your program and you will see tremendous results.
Remember that muscle weighs more than fat and takes less space.
Also, you can sculpt your body with the weights and proper exercises.
Good luck.
