I have been working out off and on for the past 3 yrs and when I get into it I get stronger and bulk up slightly. I want to gain more muscle mass I don't want to use supplements as most of them are quite costly I would like to do it naturally with the proper diet. I know the basics of weight training, I use free weights, and I would like to see more and better results for my effort.
Thanks,
Jason

And eats lots of tuna, chicken breats, egg whites, non fat milk....... Eat 6-7 times a day and make sure of getting proteins in every meal. Eat lots of veggies and fruits for the vitamines. And carbs for the energy.
If you can do all that, no supps are needed in the beginning. Fill out your profile and start an exercise program.
You'll be fine. Good luck to you.
