hey, i'm 15 yrs old, 17x cm's high and 50kg'ish. I think im a bit underweight, i wonder if anyone had any weight gain advice?
I've been trying to fit in more meals a day but i think i have a few things that are holding me back...
I think my body is retaliating to weight gain, every morning i get the runs (means you shit out whatever u just had) and its really hard to control, it normally goes away after an hour but it restricts me from having breakfast which is not good. Been having them for the last 4 months or so.
The only time my appetite really gets to me is when i get home at 3:30, i eat alot from then to sleep. I do a bit of weights, ab crunches, star jumps but i im not the jock type so i dont do a lot of sport.
Some help? i dont like me.

I'd watch out if I were you. It doesn't sound like you work out much or are even very active. If you eat to gain weight it could end up being largely fat, and I don't think that's what you want.

You probably need to go see a doctor about your problem. That isn't normal and shouldn't happen for 4 months.

you might have a tape worm, my buddy had the same problem, would eat and eat and eat, wouldnt gain a thing, and would spend the 1st hour of the day on the toilet making chocolate poopshakes. i agree, go see a doctor.

i actually have been to a doctor, he wasn't very helpful. He did a blood test, said nothing was wrong, just told me to eat more... That actually annoyed me a lot, i think i've come to that conclusion many a times.
As for tapeworms i think i've had a tablet which kills any tapeworms if i had any.
Ecle5, my metabolism wont let me get fat. I seriously laughed when you said that.. If you know me, its impossible.
thanks for the suggestions anyway.

Matt, you are 15. Eventually as you get older your metabolism will allow you to gain fat, or will allow your muscle to turn to fat. My husband is like you. At your age he would put down 5000 calories a day and wouldn't gain a pound. He's 32 now and still doesn't gain weight, but has a belly pouch coming and the muscle he used to have is turning more to fat. He's now a member here trying to figure out how to lose that fat and gain muscle mass. Start healthy habits NOW to avoid having to UNDO mistakes later.

Sorry Just. :( You know I love you, AND your belly pooch. I better be careful what I say or you will start talking about MY belly pooch, and that would just be scary.
