So, if I got this right, I will have to input the weight for each of my excersises? Or, will Free Trainers start to tell me what weights to use once they have information from my first couple of weeks? Please help... confused.

Welcome to the site dan_p. You have to put in your weights after you complete the exersises. Good Luck

Every person no matter what level will be at different strength levels. Pick a weight you think will feel good, try it and adjust accordingly.

dan_p, at first this may be odd to you it takes a couple of times to figure out what your exact weight should be used. it is called the adjustment period, but once you get it down, you will be pumping in no time. good luck!

Thanks for the posts. So, free trainers will never tell me what weights I should use. I am always to do that myself?
One more question, what's the reasoning behind putting in our results after we've completed a day of training if free trainers won't "coach" you in the right direction pertaining to weight, reps etc?

good point ravenwolf, it is for that as well as keeping track of your successes, you can always look back on it and see how much you've improved.

You can always check out the progress charts after inputing the weights and reps. Its very intersting.
