whats the best way to loss weight...step classes or tai bo..whats personal favorites

Three steps: good diet (rice,veggies, fruits, protein). Cardio: walking, aerobics, running, etc. Strength training. If you incorporate all three of these steps, you will lose weight. Its easy to do the cardiovascular and strengthtraining but the diet seems to be the hardest for people. Without a good diet you will not see any significant weightloss. You should checkout this site it has some very good information on workout programs and nutrition.

For me the diet is the easy part. :) Sticking to the exercises is hard. I have to say that you do need all three. Clean diet, cardio, and weights. Leave one of those out, and you won't get the results you want.

Ditto on both Gwin and fit4ever's advise....
As far as different forms of exercise like Tai Bo and Step Classes, there are MANY different forms of exercise. I have friends who have taken Tai Bo and really enjoy it. All depends on your preference.
