I am trying to loose my gut (It's not to big yet) and gain some muscle mass. My question is, FT has me on a 3204 total calories, 226 protien, 453 carbs & 64 fats.. This seems like alot. Am I going to loose weight with this?
Welcome Shanxx to ft. Yes you will loose the weight with this type of diet, need to add cardo to the rest of the program. This will add in the burning of fat, along with the resistance training. Good luck on your goals.
