I am 32,weigh 267,am 6'3.Im looking to lose 42 lbs while gaining muscle mass.Is it possible to do both at the same time?

Rainnin81, you know, my older sister is 5'11 1/2" and about the same weight. There are larger woment out there....
You can build muscle mass which will in turn help you lose fat (weight) faster then if you did just regular cardio. Try checking out the weight loss program on here which also does tone definition.
