Now my dear Robert if you know how your diet should look like that you'll need to try to fill in the nutritions yourself...... Choose some nice clean food and see how it goes along with your requirements.

Good luck!

First off, if you are trying to lose 25 lbs., I would rethink that 488 carb. number. That to me is more of a gainig diet. That is alot of carbs for trying to lose.

I would suggest cutting out all white carbs. I agree 100% with bb1fit. Cut the carbs down. For the fat, it should not be more than 30% of your total caloric intake. Need more info? Don't be shy!

The carbs are definately way to high, and the fat probably too low. What do you weigh?
