Hiii Shanti ..

To lose your weight quickly, you can do crash diet. Wich involves fasting one time and taking very low calory meal one time daily.

Another way is to lose the calories by exercises and not getting much fat from the meals you take.
- reduce your intake.
- totally avoid high calory/fat food items.
- stay away from junk food.
- exercise daily.
- believe in yourself :)

how do you find a meal plan on here when i try to cliclk on it it doesnt do anything and i really want a meal plan to go with my workout
i am trying to get into a healthy weight and in better shape before trying for another baby
