Weight loss and exercise

First off I have Multiple Sclerosis. I tire easily and it's a bit dangerous for me to exercise for more that 20 minutes per day. I want to loose the 2 inches I have recently put on around my waist, my hips and I've gain weight in my upper body. I spent a few months eating all the hihg carb. food my overweight friend ALWAYS makes. I've quit doing that and now I need to get back in my clothes. I need an exercise home program I can do. I am a functional MS person- meaning I can get around unless I'm just too fatiqued, and that can happen with no notice. So, does anybody understand this set of circumstance. Also, I was a fashion model when I was in my twenties. Then at 42 I was diagnosed with MS. Please help.
