I was wondering whether anyone has any sort of plan to reduce weight by cycling. I mean some sort of a schedule on how I can reduce my weight through cycling.
I weigh about 200lbs and have a height of 6 feet and 1 inch. My waistline is 36 inches and I'm hoping to burn some fat and reduce my waistline to 32 to 33 inches. I also want to gain some muscle over the next 6 to 7 months around my biceps, forearms, thighs, chest and abs.
I'm a student and also do a part time job of writing. So, I don't have quite the amount of time I need for gym. I either cycle or workout with a set of dumbbells at home or do both if some sort of a schedule is given to me. If you can, then please help me with some tips. I really need them.
