hi all
just wanted to say im proper looking forward to this,
im starting the Weight Loss & Definition Training plan from the site today!!!

aiming to lose a couple of stone and get back to my former self.

just wanted to know if its a good idea or bad to be taking protean after my workouts, of its its gona affect my weight loss half of the plan ?

You must remember that you have to consume ex number of calories for your body. Just make sure the protein is included in that count. It can't harm you otherwise.
